How can we help?
Step-by-step answers for the most common questions. Can't find yours? Write to us and a person will reply.
Your account
- Create an account
Sign up with your name, email and a password, confirm your email, then finish a short setup.
- Delete your account
Schedule deletion from Settings; your profile is hidden at once and erased after 30 days unless you cancel.
- Download a copy of your data
Prepare a JSON export of your account from Settings; the download link lasts 7 days.
- Reset a forgotten password
Request a reset link from the sign-in page and choose a new password.
- Stop receiving update emails
Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any update email; no sign-in needed.
Giving and payments
- Give to a church or ministry
Give once or monthly at /give to verified organizations that accept gifts; payment runs through secure checkout.
Listings and verification
- Claim or create your organization's listing
Submit the form at /list-your-organization; a reviewer confirms you may manage the listing and follows up by email.
- Get your organization verified
An owner, admin or manager applies at /verification and uploads documents; two reviewers sign every decision.
Events and tickets
- Create and publish an event
Organization managers create events at /manage/events, either with the form or by drafting with AI (which adds ticket tiers).
- Register for an event, the waitlist and refunds
Register or buy a ticket on the event page; join the waitlist when it is full; refunds come from the organizer.
Safety and reporting
- Appeal content that was hidden
Signed-in members appeal hidden content at /appeals; one appeal per item.
- Report a listing, review, message or person
Use /report-abuse to tell trust and safety about anything that breaks the Community Standards. Not a crisis line.
Getting help
- Get help from the concierge or a person
Ask the concierge anything, choose Talk to a person in the chat, or write to us from the help center.
Write to us
Tell us what you need. If one of our articles answers it we will show it right away, and you can still ask for a person.
If someone is in danger, call 911 (or 988 in a crisis). To report content or a person, use Report abuse.
